Citibank App -Point Redemption

Many users encounter difficulties navigating the Citibank application to redeem their accumulated points, often struggling to locate the redemption option and missing out on potential rewards. Furthermore, users find it challenging to access detailed information about available redemption offers, hindering their ability to make informed decisions. The task at hand involves streamlining the redemption process, enhancing user accessibility, and highlighting offer details to provide a seamless and rewarding experience for Citibank customers.​

In this project, my focus as the lead in User Experience & Design was to revamp the redemption feature within the Citibank application, ensuring a user-friendly interface while retaining the existing UI elements. I spearheaded efforts to simplify the redemption process, making it more intuitive and accessible to users. Key aspects of my role included optimizing the navigation flow to prominently feature the redemption option, integrating informative tooltips and pop-ups to highlight offer details, and leveraging consistent design elements to maintain visual coherence with the existing application interface. Through meticulous attention to user experience, I aimed to enhance the overall usability of the redemption feature and empower Citibank customers to maximize the value of their reward points effortlessly.
