• Presenting user journeys, flows, and technology recommendations to the client, seeking approval and feedback to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Developing a detailed information architecture and interaction design to organise content and facilitate user interactions, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Being thorough 

• Creating high-fidelity wireframes to visually represent the application's layout, functionality, and user interface elements, minimising discrepancies during development.

• Building interactive prototypes with micro interactions to simulate real user interactions and behaviours, providing a precise understanding of the application's functionality.

• Conducting multiple presentations to different stakeholders to gather feedback on various aspects of the application, iterating on design and functionality based on input received.
