The client's directive is clear: establish an effective user role hierarchy, intricately map user journeys, and implement a secure maker-checker framework for approvals. Crafting a precise information architecture is pivotal for the design system team. Additionally, wireframes for user management and a help section are imperative for streamlined mapping and query management. The ultimate aim is to deliver a user-friendly platform simplifying CSR coordination, marked by precise user management, stringent approval processes, and an informative help section.
