The Approach
In redefining Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) collaboration, our journey involved strategic workshops and in-depth discussions with stakeholders from diverse sectors. The project aimed to create an innovative platform, necessitating meticulous planning and a nuanced understanding of the CSR landscape. From essential documentation to shaping insightful prototypes, our approach harmonized client expectations, legal requirements, and design innovation.
Finding a starting point
Conduct a thorough exploration of the business landscape, aiming to understand the intricacies, objectives, and key players involved.
Develop structured interview plans based on the identified business goals. Ensure the inclusion of relevant representatives from all three perspectives: client-side stakeholders, corporate representatives, and agency-side individuals responsible for execution through volunteers.
Putting pen to paper
Establish hierarchies for all businesses by comprehensively understanding the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder. This involves delineating the organizational structure to ensure clarity and efficiency in communication.
Based on the business goals and insights gathered from interviews, craft detailed user journeys. These journeys should map the various touchpoints and interactions users would have within the CSR collaboration platform.
Bringing it to life
Break down the overarching user journeys into detailed user flows. This process involves defining the step-by-step sequences of actions that users will take within the platform to achieve their objectives.
Develop comprehensive information architectures for the identified user flows. This involves designing the overall structure and organization of information to ensure logical and intuitive navigation within the platform.
Specify and document detailed interactions within the user flows and information architectures. This includes defining how users will interact with various elements of the platform and ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
Create meticulous documentation for the new design system. This documentation serves as a guide for consistency and standardization in design elements, ensuring a cohesive and unified user interface.
Implement wireframes specifically for user management to validate the established hierarchy. This step ensures that different user groups can interact at appropriate levels and that the designated hierarchy holds as intended.
Develop a query management system to confirm the capture of all approval processes, whether they are internal or interconnected. This ensures that the platform effectively manages and tracks approval workflows for various activities.
